Adam Bott is a LPL-registered financial advisor and founder of Crescendo Wealth Strategies. With over a decade of experience as an advisor, Adam delivers comprehensive financial strategies for the complex situations and unique opportunities his clients face. He specializes in helping current and future retirees, business owners and executives, individuals and families, and medical professionals work toward their financial goals.
Adam’s greatest strength lies in the relationships and trust he builds with his clients. With a background in teaching and coaching, Adam guides his clients toward total understanding of their financial situation and confidence in their financial future. He is sought out for his specialized charitable giving, values-based goal planning, and advanced tax planning strategies.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor in 2012, Adam had a successful career in the medical field where he worked as a consultant to doctors during surgery. He was inspired to make the career change when his widowed mother was seeing her retirement savings wither away due to being sold on investment products from her financial advisor that were not in her best interest. He is deeply passionate about taking the time to fully understand his client’s needs and providing strategies for their unique situations.
Adam is a fully-licensed Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®), and Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA®). He received his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Azusa Pacific University, with minors in Economics and Marketing.
With a heart for giving, Adam donates 10% of the firm's profits to charity. He is also a member of the Windsor Community Foundation, a non-profit serving causes that matter in the greater Windsor community.
Adam hales from Indiana, but has called Colorado home for many years now. He resides in Timnath with his wife, Lisa, and four kids. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, and hunting. He is an avid football fan and former collegiate athlete who loves coaching at the youth and high school level.
Cheryl Berlin began her career in finance in Baltimore, MD in 1995. She spent nearly two decades working in Operations and Sales for financial firms on the East Coast. She enjoys being able to apply her knowledge of operations and how-to-get-things-done skills to her current role as Client Services and Operations Manager. The rewards of being part of a team and helping clients create and work toward their goals are things she looks forward to every day.
Cheryl has had the opportunity to travel to some very remote places and created unique opportunities to explore. She has a passion for helping and rescuing homeless animals and was able to live in her camper for three years as she volunteered at the largest no-kill shelter in the US in southern Utah. She now finds herself in beautiful Upstate New York, where her family is originally from. That is, until she gets the bug to travel again. Cheryl enjoys working remotely, as it means she can serve clients with excellence from anywhere in the country.
